Alpine Exteriors' liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our liability does not exceed the total amount paid for services.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by project type and timing:

• Estimates and consultations can be cancelled without penalty
• Contract cancellations are subject to terms in individual agreements
• Materials ordered may incur restocking fees
• Work completed prior to cancellation is billable
